Leeds Welding Co. Ltd. offer a wide range of services which include
Laser Cutting, CNC Plasma Cutting, Press work, guillotining, precision
welding and precision metal fabrication.
As a sub-contractor you must be prepared to react
quickly and be ready for the unexpected. Our many years experience
in this competitive market have taught us that to achieve this the
service offered must encompass as many functions as possible and
be available whenever the customer requires.
To this end our production operates 23 hours a day, 5.1/2 days per
week with a sales and engineering department accessible from 7:30am
to 6:00pm over the same period.
Our equipment is CNC controlled utilising the latest Radan communication
and programming tools. We can also accept drawings via disc or e-mail
or DXF and DWG format. We can provide advice on best production
practices and assist on minor modifications using Autocad thus reducing
programming time and therefore costs.
To provide a complete service we have long established links with
machine shops, galvanising, zinc plating and powder coating companies
enabling us to produce finished goods thus eliminating customer
involvement with third-parties.
These facilities are backed by a whole range of smaller, yet no
less important, functions from shrink wrapping to delivery via our
own transport, all of which go toward making Leeds Welding an excellent
